Feb 28, 23 0 4, 0. But 1 day I decided on overclocking the card. I was going to use expert tool and Unigine valley to test the overclocking and temps. I booted up unigine valley and noticed that unigine valley said that the card's clock was on Mhz but expertool said the card's clock was at Mhz while running a benchmark.
What is the card's true speed? Because if it's Mhz it means it's already overclocked. Another question I have is if 72C degrees Celsius is normal while gaming because that's what the card runs at while playing planetside 2. Dec 28, 1, 5 19, I like Unigine Valley as a benchmark and stress test, but I don't believe it's clock speeds.
Remember there's a difference between Clock Speed and Boost Speed. Clock Speed is the default, and Boost is the maximum OC that the card will provide out of the box without manual adjustment.
That's your card's base speed as programmed at the factory. GeForce Forums. Join Now or Login. All Topics. Feature Requests. Sort by. Topics details. Gaming PCs. By Recency Recency Votes Hot. Filters 2. Mark as read. Post pics of your rigs only! Only post pics of rigs in this thread..
Look Here. PC slows down when starting games. Basically, the video will still render, but frame rates will take a plunge.
More vRAM means the GPU can hold and ultimately render more complex images and textures on the graphics chip, resulting in faster performance. When and if you happen run out of video memory, then your PC will have to constantly jerk textures between main memory and video memory, which causes massive slowdowns, generally to unplayable levels. While it can comfortably perform at p we know it is best served at p resolutions and could possibly go up to 4K with some settings adjustments.
Depending on what games that you are playing, Your does not need to use all of the available VRAM, it will only use what it needs. Begin typing your search term above and press enter to search. Press ESC to cancel. When not overclocking, your boost clock will be extremely important for your graphics card since it will be the highest possible clock your card can reach. The higher this clock is, of course, the better performance higher FPS you can expect to observe.
Overclocking changes the base core clock of the GPU, effectively making your boost clock useless as your base clock may overtake it. UserBenchmark will test all of the components in your computer and score them in a percentile range as it directly compares your unit to other tested units of the same model. It scores it based on the performance when compared to the lowest test received to the highest test received. Most modern cards can at least make to the end of the test, regardless of how low the score is.
