I have no exact idea, but I do have my own small theory. I believe the Landshark is spawned when a certain number of people are in the square of the Lone Palm tree north of the fluff chest I wish Qixter would tell! Syn of Sin. It has to do with a lot of people being on the server. Usually when the server light is yellow, there's a good chance that there's going to be a Land shark on one layer.
